May you wish to book a consultation with myself after viewing my price guidelines, given on the Personal Profile page, please fill in the form on the Contact Hayley page, or alternatively phone 07818 834009 to speak to me.

Please note * I charge £40.00 for a consultation which can take up to three hours long. This is so I only receive genuine enquiries from people who are serious about me creating a design for them. The cost of the consultation will be deducted from the total price quoted for your design if you choose to go ahead with the commission.

Consultation – First Meeting
During the consultation, I will start by sitting you down with a nice glass of wine or a beverage of your choice and some nibbles while I get to know a little bit about you, your current style of dressing, what colours and fabrics you like, things you dislike, your interests and hobbies, and your occupation etc, and whether any of this will have any effect on how you’d like your design to look.

We will then discuss the style of gown/outfit you might like, and whether you have any ideas in mind. Please bring any pictures you have collected for reference. If you do not know what style you would like, we can look through magazines, and I can sketch some designs until we come to a final decision. Please bear in mind, I will never copy anyone else’ s work or designs seen elsewhere, for this is illegal and I want to design unique garments that are specially created for all my clients, to express their personalities and reveal their personal statement.

Once you are happy with the design, we will look at my range of fabric samples, choose colours, and decide upon what detail will be applied. Once these are set in place, I will provide you with a true personal quote for the design. May you accept the quote and want to commission me to make the design for you I will then take your personal body measurements from which I will start to make the first toile. This is made up in calico cotton.

Before you leave after the consultation we will book the time in my diary for when your gown/outfit will be made. You can choose when this will be but please bear in mind we will need to allow for the necessary time needed to make your design which I will advise you of, and, if you are wanting to loose or gain any weight for the day you will wear the gown/outfit, you need to reach this target in time for your first fitting and maintain it in order for it to fit you perfectly as it is made to the measurements taken on the first fitting.

As soon as a commission is booked I will need to take payment for a 50% non-returnable deposit from you. This covers the costs of materials and work put in during the toile stages.

First Fitting
At the first fitting, you will try on the first toile, and I will make any adjustments and add any marks while you are present may it need any so that it fits perfectly. This will form the foundation for the fit of your design, and basically, will look like a fitted shift dress, made to your proportions. You will need to wear the bra that you will wear underneath the garment on your special day to enable me to fit it correctly.

Second Fitting
This is where the development of your design becomes really exciting. At the second fitting, you will try on the a second toile which will look like your design, only in calico or a fabric that drapes similarly to the fabric you chose for your design. Once again I will make any adjustments and mark the line for the hem. You will need to wear the shoes which you will be wearing with your gown/outfit at this stage. The toile will fit you perfectly before you leave as I will make up the design in fabric following this fitting.

Third and Final Fitting
At this final fitting, you will try on the actual gown/outfit for real. I will make sure it fits perfectly at this stage and that the length of the hem is correct, so you will need to wear your shoes for this and the bra as before. We can also make any further decisions on detail. Any further fittings required will be discussed if necessary and agreed with each client at no extra cost.

Pick Up
On the day you are due to pick up your gown/outfit, you are more than welcome to try on your design once more. I know how excited you will be, and I always like to see my clients in the finished product and know that they are happy. This will be the last time I see you due to completion, therefore I will require the 50% final balance before I can allow you to take away your garment.

Added Extra Service
May any client want me to be present on their special day to dress them and to prepare their gown/outfit for the aisle or photographs, I can do so. You must book this with me in plenty of advance. This service will come at an extra cost and will be quoted individually according to the distance I am required to travel, overnight stays if any, and how long I am required to stay.

All that’s left for you to do now is to dream of your special day and to get in touch with me so that I can deliver the dream and reveal a new you where you will shine with radiance, sophistication and glamour.

Take care and I look forward to hearing from you soon x
